The apartment was well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, including a fridge and a coffee machine, perfect for cooking our own vegetarian meals. The two bedrooms provided plenty of space for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The living room was cozy and comfortable, allowing us to relax and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a convenient feature that allowed us to refresh our clothes during our stay. We appreciated the presence of an electric kettle, making it easy for us to enjoy a hot cup of tea anytime.

Although the apartment was great overall, we found that the bathroom had limited toiletries available.

The beds were comfortable and felt homely. Easy walking distance to public transport. Supermarket handy on same block as the building. Felt safe and secure. Loved the view, could watch the helicopter land on the hospital roof. Great wifi access. Everything we needed including tea and coffee. The washing and dryer came in very handy. Jenni was very helpful and thorough with instructions and communication we didn't have any troubles. Thank you for having us. We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment was absolutely amazing! The level of comfort and cleanliness was mind-blowing. The beds were so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The flat owner was super friendly and supportive, always there to answer our questions. The location was jaw-dropping, with the DLR station just a short walk away and only 2 stops to the city centre. We had everything we needed right around the corner, from shops to small restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

dishwasher issue

We stayed at Lavender House Apartments for a week as a family of four. The host was incredibly kind and provided us with detailed information to access the flat. We were pleasantly surprised to find towels and slippers for all of us. The flat itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. We felt safe in the location, which was just a 5-minute walk from the DLR station and had a supermarket conveniently located around the corner. The host's communication was excellent, and we all agreed that we would visit again and recommend it to others. a great experience.
